Billing Policy

FanActivate believes that performance is key, this is why we designed our billing process the way we did.

  • FREE to create an Account.
  • FREE to create a Unique Campaign around any support event you choose.
  • Once you launch Your Campaign and you begin to get Customer Registrations there will be a fee for each Registration (See Pricing page).
  • Your Outbound Communications (text messages sent) with your Customers through the FanActivate system will also have a small fee associated with each message (See Pricing page)
  • How do I cancel my account? You can cancel your account at any time by reaching out to support and submitting a ticket to cancel your account.
Accuracy and Completeness of Information

While FanActivate strives to ensure that the information contained on this Website is accurate and reliable, FanActivate makes no warranties as to the accuracy, correctness or completeness of any such information and assumes no liability or responsibility for any omissions or errors in the content of this Website. FanActivate reserves the right to revise the information contained on this Website at any time, in its sole discretion without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective visitors.

Payment Methods

FanActivate accepts payments via credit/debit card. FanActivate currently accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa credit/debit cards.

Cancellations must be done verbally through a FanActivate representative or by submitting a ticket through our support desk. Email requests to cancel do not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. Cancellations will take effect on the last day of the billing period in which the cancellation request was received.

Closing an account with FanActivate cannot be done by simply canceling the credit/debit card. FanActivate will continue to treat this as an open account and the billing cycle will continue, resulting in a past due account that may be turned over to a third-party collection service. It is imperative that account cancellation is done by speaking with a FanActivate representative to ensure account closure.

Cancellation of an account does not dismiss outstanding invoices. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be automatically turned over to a third-party collection service.
Billing Disputes

As a current or prior customer of FanActivate, each customer agrees to provide FanActivate 30 days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company or bank. FanActivate must be the first option in billing disputes. Should FanActivate receive a chargeback from a third-party credit/debit card company or bank on the customer’s behalf before FanActivate has been given a chance to resolve the issue, FanActivate has the right to collect on the rendered services and any fees associated with those disputes.

Regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, FanActivate retains the right to collect on any rendered services or fees that are due. FanActivate will submit any disputed amounts to a collection agency. Once a chargeback has been received, FanActivate will immediately suspend the account until the matter is resolved.

Subscription fees for FanActivate are nonrefundable. No exceptions.

FanActivate subscription fees and purchases will appear on your credit card statement as “FanActivate” or “FanActivate, LLC .”.
